Which party leader would win in a cage fight?
Today most people are wondering who the next Prime Minister will be. Naturally, the Soton Tab were more curious to know which party leader would win in a cage fight, according to voters.
To find out we asked a variety of students on Portswood High Street who they would back in an Election Cage Fight.
Tom, 3rd year Economics, decided that Clegg was definitely the one to back.
Daniella, 3rd year Psychology, backed Farage.
Cameron’s only supporter was a 2nd year, Hannah.
Jake, 3rd year English, went with “Big Nige!”
Two 2nd year students, Connor and Lew, both back Farage.
Joel, 2nd year History, picked outsider Ed.
Joe and Joe, 2nd year Biology and Zoology students, thought Farage would win because of his “drunken rage”.
Bethany, 3rd year Politics and Economics, was our only voter to back the Greens.
So there we have it, an overwhelming level of support for Farage in the Cage Fight! Even if he doesn’t win in South Thanet, I’m sure this will be of great comfort to him.
Who do you think would win? Let us know in the comments below!
No-one picked Nicola Sturgeon!? She’s from Glasgow, haven’t you heard of a Glasgow kiss?

“Highstreet” is two words.
Daniella is not “another” supporter of Farage if no other supporters of Farage have been mentioned already.
